I developed this blend over more than 20 years of home use trying to recreate that restaurant quality steak before I finally got it right in September of 2024. The first samples were an instant hit, and week after week we watch people's faces light up when they sample it at the local farmers market and other events where we sell.
This simple blend of kosher salt, four peppers, and aromatics was made for steak, but has become the everything seasoning.
