I'm Philip, founder of ENAK Seasonings. This is the blend that started everything.

The Story

I'd been chasing this flavor for over 20 years before I finally got it right.

On September 8, 2024, I cooked a tri tip using a steak seasoning base I'd been refining since college. That night I made a few changes. Kosher salt instead of table salt, and more of it, an extra pepper or two, and one surprise ingredient added at the very end, in a small amount.

It was one of the best things I had ever tasted.

Within two weeks I was hand-bottling samples and sending them out, Four Pepper Blend alongside a few other blends I'd been working on. The response was immediate. People kept telling me the same thing: this is legit. And while I'd recommend it for steak, they were putting it on everything: chicken, vegetables, eggs, ribs, popcorn.

ENAK Seasonings officially launched in April of 2025. Four Pepper Blend has been our best-selling, most talked-about blend since week one.
