We didn't intend to get into the seasoning blend business. It just kind of happened.

Philip grew up with a love of great food and a background in food service. When he decided to go teach English in China for one year in 2009 he discovered a whole world of flavor he didn't know existed. And met Maggie from Indonesia.

One year in China turned into eight years in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia before returning to the US in 2017.

In Asia, Philip often cooked foods from home that he missed. Back home in the US, he tried to recreate the flavors he missed from Asia.

When the idea of starting seasoning blend business struck in September of 2024, Philip set out to create unique flavors based on his real life experiences.

The business officially launched in April if 2025, and through being ourselves online and going to where the people are we sold over 4100 bottles of seasoning in the first year without any mass marketing efforts.

Early in 2026 Philip left his full-time W-2 job to go all in on ENAK Seasonings. We believe in this product, and are excited to share it with you.
