    The combination of slightly sweet, spicy and salty is well balanced. Flavorful, has depth and character. It adheres well to meats for smoking. Very good. I highly recommend it.

    Busan BBQ wings

    I honestly think I made the best wings that I have ever made. Oven baked hot and crispy with enough Busan BBQ seasoning to make you sit up and take notice. 5 star wings all do to a 5 star seasoning. Keep up the good work.

    Best Ribeye Ever with Busan BBQ Seasoning!

    Wow. Hubby and I just finished eating the best ribeye I’ve ever made in my life—thanks to your Busan BBQ spices! I would send a picture, but we ate the whole thing. (Long review, but I have to give credit where credit is due.)

    I received the Starter Bundle package yesterday. I decided to start an experiment today with the Busan BBQ spices (and nothing else) on my 18-hour dry-brined ribeye, thinking it would give an interesting Asian flavor twist. I also wasn’t sure if it would make the ribeye too salty. Anyhow, I seasoned both sides of the ribeye liberally with Busan BBQ and let it marinate on the steak at room temperature for about 2 hours before pan-frying it medium-rare. OMG. It was the most flavorful, best-tasting steak ever. No hint of an Asian flavor twist—just good old hearty, delicious steak. Not salty at all. It was perfect.

    Hats off to you, EnakFlavors. I’m a pretty good cook, and your spices just took my cooking to another level. Thank you.

    Absolutley amazing. Great on skinless boneless chicken thighs. Squeeze some lime, dust with this bad boy, air fry it and youre in heaven
