ENAK Starter Bundle Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The ENAK Starter Bundle Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by ENAK Seasonings, 3529 17th Ave NE, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35406 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway can be sent to enak@enakflavors.com.

2. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and of its agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on November 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 21, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

Visit enakflavors.com/pages/giveaway during the Entry Period, choose the ENAK blend you would cook first, and submit your email address using the entry form. The blend you choose has no effect on your chance of winning. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Additional entries from the same person or email address will be disregarded. Entrants may share the Giveaway page with others, who may enter on their own. Sharing does not earn additional entries. Entries submitted by automated means or through third parties are void.

Being on Sponsor's email list before the Giveaway does not count as an entry. Current subscribers enter by submitting the entry form with their email address during the Entry Period. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from ENAK Seasonings. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect an entry already submitted.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) ENAK Starter Bundle, containing one bottle each of Four Pepper Blend, Busan BBQ, Chuan'rr, Ginger Coffee Rub, Taco Seasoning and Cajun Heat. Approximate retail value: $71.70 (the six blends at their individual bottle prices). Sponsor will ship the prize at no cost to the winner, to a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. No cash or other substitution, transfer or assignment of the prize is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central Time on November 22, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email from enak@enakflavors.com and must reply with a US shipping address within 7 days of the notification. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and award the prize from eligible entries received before the problem occurred. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical failures of any kind.

8. Release

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its agencies from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Klaviyo or Shopify.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants, including the blend each entrant chooses, is used to run the Giveaway and to send ENAK Seasonings marketing emails, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Winner's name

To request the winner's first name and state, email enak@enakflavors.com with the subject line "Giveaway winner" by December 31, 2026.
