Steak night. Taco night. A little Louisiana.

Three familiar flavors connected by the Gulf, and by my own story.

Alabama, where I grew up vacationing to Gulf Shores and later developed Four Pepper Blend. New Orleans, where I was born. Mexico, whose tacos I missed enough to learn to make from scratch while living overseas.

This bundle brings that side of ENAK together: pepper-forward steak seasoning, New Mexico chile in your tacos, and smoked paprika and herbs with a Cajun kick.

Includes one large Four Pepper Blend, one Taco seasoning, and one Cajun Heat.

Three bottles with a place in your dinner plans.

Alabama. The blend that started everything.

Four Pepper Blend

I spent more than twenty years working on my steak seasoning before a few final changes, and one bite of tri tip in September 2024 told me I’d finally gotten it right. Kosher salt, four peppers, garlic, and onion. Made for steak, now on Maggie’s eggs every morning. Start with: Grilled steak or pork chops. Keep it handy for: Eggs, roasted vegetables, and tomato sandwiches.
Four Pepper Blend
Mexican food. Missed on the other side of the world.

Taco

When I moved to Asia, I couldn’t find the Mexican food I wanted. So I learned to make it myself, right down to the tortillas. This seasoning grew out of those meals. New Mexico chile powder brings bright chile flavor alongside cumin, garlic, and onion. Start with: Ground beef tacos or shrimp tacos. Keep it handy for: Chicken tortilla soup and taco bowls.
Taco
New Orleans. Where my story began.

Cajun Heat

I was born in New Orleans. However far I’ve traveled, Louisiana’s food has always felt like home. Cajun Heat is my take on those flavors: smoked paprika, herbs, garlic, onion, and a warming kick. Start with: Cajun pasta or chicken with parmesan cream sauce. Keep it handy for: Shrimp, gumbo, and red beans and rice.
Cajun Heat

Your next three dinners are a good place to start.

A steak on the grill
Season with Four Pepper Blend before cooking. Slice it, put it on the table, and let everyone help themselves.

Shrimp tacos
Season the shrimp with Taco, cook, and tuck into warm tortillas. Try pineapple salsa and bacon if you want to take them in the direction we’ve been enjoying at home.

Cajun chicken and pasta
Use Cajun Heat on the chicken, then bring it together with pasta and a creamy sauce.

These blends fit the food you already cook. Start with one meal, then see where else you reach for the bottle.

The Four Pepper Blend is amazing on steaks and tri tips.

I'm a native New Mexican and have tacos and taco seasoning in my blood. I've tried every taco seasoning out there over the years and have found some that are pretty decent and some that are pretty bad. This one outranks every single one of them. This is the absolute best taco seasoning out there, and I don't know how they could be made better. My wife agrees, and we have used two full containers in the last month.

The seasonings are so good that I have bought 10 of the Gulf of America pack to give away for Christmas presents. My only hope is that eventually this is available in a much much larger container as I've started to have to steal from that stockpile. It's that good.

I am a big fan of the Cajun Heat seasoning. You could even add it to your favorite sauce combinations to really give them a nice kick that isn't overpowering.

I like to pair this with taco seasoning by Enak on ground beef and they really are a great duo together for an easy hamburger helper with Velveeta sliced cheese.

I was going for chopped cheese inspired dish and will make it again!

Some flavors came home with me. These are the ones that kept calling me home.

I spent eight years living in China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Those years gave me meals and memories that became part of ENAK.

They also taught me how much I missed the food I’d grown up with.

I made red beans and rice for my first Thanksgiving in China. I learned to make tortillas because I wasn’t going without tacos. And I kept working on the steak seasoning I’d started making back in college.

Four Pepper Blend, Taco, and Cajun Heat tell that part of the story.

Alabama is home. New Orleans is where I was born. Mexican food was something I kept finding a way to put on the table, wherever we lived.

That’s what brings these three bottles together.

A few questions before you cook

What comes in the bundle?

One large 10.6 oz Four Pepper Blend, one standard Taco seasoning, and one standard Cajun Heat.

Why are these three bundled together?

They represent ENAK’s North American flavors and their connection to the Gulf: Four Pepper was developed in my home state of Alabama, Cajun Heat reflects my New Orleans roots, and Taco celebrates the Mexican food I learned to make while living abroad.

Are all three hot?

Each has a different character. Four Pepper brings a peppery bite. Taco leads with mild New Mexico chile and cumin. Cajun Heat brings smoked paprika, herbs, and a potent kick on the back end.

Do I need to add salt?

All three blends contain salt. Start with the seasoning alone and adjust after tasting.

Are they only for meat?

No. Try Four Pepper on eggs or roasted vegetables, Taco in beans or rice, and Cajun Heat in sauces or vegetable dishes.

Is shipping free?

Yes. The $39.95 bundle qualifies for free shipping as long as no discounts taking the total below $35 are applied.

What if I’m not satisfied?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied. No stress. No hassles.

    Unbelievably good!

The Four Pepper Blend is amazing on steaks and tri tips. Taco seasoning isn't filled with salt, or other fillers, and can really taste the spices. Going to use the Cajun Heat soon.
